SAMPLE: Lavender and Amethyst Bath for Anxiety
Techniques Used: Aromatherapy, Crystals, Visualization
1. Run the bath and add the Epsom salt (if using) and essential oil under the running water.
2. Place the amethyst in the tub, away from where you’ll be sitting.
3. Relax in the bath for about 10 minutes, deeply breathing in the aroma.
4. If worries arise, release them and return your focus to the lavender and amethyst
