Natural Weight Loss Program in 7 Days

This is the quick and easy natural weight loss program in just 7 days. The following list can be changed to similar.

Day 1:

– Breakfast: Tuna Sandwich, Low fat yogurt, Kiwi fruit juice.

– Lunch: Cream of Mushroom soup, Grapefruit.

– Dinner: Vegetarian soup, 1 glass of milk.

Day 2:

– Breakfast: Smoked Salmon Sandwich, Apple juice.

– Lunch: Lemon pepper catfish, Orange.

– Dinner: Chicken vegetable soup, 1 glass of milk.

Day 3:

– Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs and Asian rice 3/4 cup, Low fat yogurt, Orange juice.

– Lunch: Broccoli Salad.

– Dinner: Pasta Salad made with a little olive oil, 1 glass of milk.

Day 4:
